The treatment is a non-invasive manual therapy (or guided movement program) that combines deep tissue release, lymphatic drainage, and corrective stretching.

It works by deactivating overactive trapezius muscles that have become bulky and tight due to stress or poor posture. By releasing these "knots" and retraining the surrounding support muscles, the treatment physically flattens the shoulder line, elongates the neck, and restores fluid mobility to the upper body.
